The project reimagines the traditional transportation terminal as a multifunctional urban destination, integrating mobility, architecture, landscape, and public life. Bus operations are strategically located below grade, creating a safer and more pedestrian-oriented ground level where commercial areas, offices, hospitality, and public amenities are connected through landscaped plazas and open spaces. Transparency, natural light, green roofs, and clearly defined circulation enhance the user experience, transforming the complex into a contemporary mixed-use hub and a distinctive urban landmark.
